Powerfull but elegant wine with well balanced tannins and a long finish.

Vegetables soups, and pastas, snails, meat pâtés and pies, ham, saussages, fish grilled or in red wine sauce, poultry, white and red meats, stuffed vegetables, lasagnes and noodles, cheeses.
Serving temperature :.16 to 18°c
