Grapes sorted by hand, maceration for 15 to 25 days, pneumatic pressing of the marc.
Matured in vats for 18 months.
Taste profile:
1/ Appearance: brilliant crimson colour.
2/ Bouquet: when aerated, the nose opens out onto fresh red fruit aromas.
3/ Palate: supple attack, nice, well-balanced tannins.
Food pairings:
White meat, roast chicken and cold meat platters.
Serving temperature :16 to 17°c.
Ageing potential : 3 to 5 years.
