Vatting for 3 weeks, ageing in oak barrels for 12 months.

1/ Appearance: a brilliant garnet-red colour.
2/ Bouquet: red fruit and a slight touch of wood.
3/ Palate: a rounded wine with nice fruit and wood, well structured.
Food pairings:
Red meat, game, cheeses.
Serving temperature : 17°c.
Ageing potential :8 to 10 years.
