Wine making/ageing techniques:
Complete destemming. Extended fermentation and maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation after racking. Aged for 18 months in stainless steel tanks.

: complex nose with notes of candied fruits and vanilla.
: extremely round, supple palate. Very well-balanced with a long finish.
Red and white meats, grilled or served in a sauce, poultry and cheeses.
