Complete destemming. Extended fermentation and maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation after racking. Aged for 18 months in stainless steel tanks.
Taste profile:
1/ sight: dark red hue.
2/ nose: complex nose with notes of candied fruits and vanilla.
3/ taste: extremely round, supple palate. Very well-balanced with a long finish.
