Matured in vats.
Taste profile:
1/ Appearance: a nice ruby red colour with a clear, brilliant robe.
2/ Bouquet: good intensity with notes of ripe fruit and a touch of spices.
3/ Palate: the attack is supple. Opens out well with quite good body and nicely pronounced tannins. The finish in the mouth is long.
Food pairings:
Red meat, game, cheeses.
Serving temperature : 17 to 18°c.
Ageing potential : 5 to 10 years.
